Subcontracted for renovation of an old parts factory built originally in 1921. this project converted the building into a compound containing loft apartments, stores and art space. originally the floors and roof structure were rotted through and unsafe for use. We renovated the floors and roof to comply with structural standards wile maintaining the original style and design as much as possible. (we even saved the customers some $$ by selling the old wood we removed to antique reclaimers)
